How do I submit a refund request for the score guarantee?
We 100% stand behind our Score Improvement Guarantees! If your student does not achieve the guaranteed score improvement and has completed all of the required course and guarantee requirements, you can submit a request for review.
To qualify, students must:
- Have a qualifying official SAT, PSAT, or ACT score from before the course began.
- Attend at least 80% of required live classes.
- Complete at least 90% of homework assignments on time.
- Complete 100% of required practice tests on time and in full.
- Complete required practice tests within 6 hours.
- Make a good-faith effort on all required work.
- Complete all required course payments.
- Take the required official exam after the course within the guarantee testing window.
For SAT guarantees, the first official SAT taken after the course is used. A post-course PSAT cannot be used as the final SAT score.
Courses enrolled in through Unlimited Prep do not include a Score Improvement Guarantee.
How do I submit my request?
Complete the Score Improvement Guarantee Request Form.
You will need to submit score documentation from both before and after the course.

SAT and PSAT Scores
Please download the official score report directly from College Board. The report must show the student's name, score, score history, and exam date.
For SAT requests, screenshots are not accepted for the score reports. Please submit the complete, unredacted PDF. We can only accept a screenshot of the My SAT/score history page. (Three submissions in total, 2 PDFs, 1 screenshot.)
To locate the complete score history, please navigate to the "My SAT" page in your student's Bluebook account. We require a screenshot of this full page, including your student's name at the top of the page.

If you are having issues with locating your official score report on the College Board’s website, you can contact them at (866) 630-9305 or go to collegeboard.org.
ACT Scores
ACT screenshots may be submitted as long as they clearly show the student's name, score, test date, and test history.

What happens next?
Once we receive the request, our team will review the student's account to confirm that all guarantee requirements were met. This process can take up to 30 days after the submission of all required documents, but is typically completed much sooner.
If the request is approved, you may choose:
- A refund of the eligible course tuition
- Re-enrollment in another Prep Expert course
- Private tutoring hours
If the requirements were not met, we will email you the results of the review and explain why the request is not eligible.
Please see our Terms of Service for further review.
