What are Office Hours? How do I access them?

Prep Expert Office Hours give students an additional opportunity to get live SAT/PSAT/ACT help outside of their regularly scheduled classes.

Prep Expert Office Hours are live support sessions where students can ask questions and get additional help with SAT, PSAT, or ACT material. Students can use Office Hours for help with concepts, strategies, homework, practice questions, or anything they are struggling with while studying.

Office Hours are held twice each week:

  • Fridays: 3:00pm–5:00pm Pacific Time / 6:00pm–8:00pm Eastern Time
  • Sundays: 3:00pm–5:00pm Pacific Time / 6:00pm–8:00pm Eastern Time

Students in other time zones should convert these times to their local time.

To join Office Hours:

  1. Log in to the Prep Expert Student Dashboard.
  2. Open your Prep Expert course.
  3. Find Live Q&A Office Hours on the course dashboard.
  4. Click Join to be redirected to Zoom.

For the best experience, students should have the specific question, homework problem, or topic they need help with ready before joining.

Office Hours are separate from regularly scheduled classes and private tutoring sessions.
