My tutor is unavailable, how can I get set up with a new tutor?

We understand that sometimes there will be schedule conflicts where you or your tutor may be unavailable. We encourage you to set up multiple tutoring sessions to ensure your availability is accommodated to the best of your tutor's ability.


If it just isn’t working, please review our available tutors on www.prepexpert.com and then reach out to support@prepexpert.com or call (877) 345-7737. We will be happy to get you in contact with your new tutor.

No worries, we will let your previous tutor know that you have transferred.

Please note: Once you transfer to a new tutor, please allow your new tutor 24-48 hours to make their initial contact with you.
