How does the free 1 on 1 tutoring trial work?

Prep Expert offers a free 1-hour private tutoring session so students can experience personalized, one-on-one instruction with one of our expert tutors before committing to a paid tutoring plan.

How to Get Started

  1. Visit our Private Tutoring page and select a free trial tutoring plan.
  2. Complete the enrollment process to activate your free session.
  3. Log in to your Student Dashboard to select your tutor's calendar and schedule your 1-hour session.
  4. Attend your session and receive personalized help with your test preparation.

What Happens After the Free Trial?

The free trial includes one complimentary tutoring hour. Your selected monthly tutoring subscription will begin billing 7 days after enrollment.

If you decide tutoring isn't the right fit, contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of enrollment to cancel before billing begins.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is nonrefundable. Partial or full refunds are not available for unused tutoring hours, even if no sessions have been scheduled or completed.
