How do I reset my password?

OResetting your password is a pretty quick process. Please complete the following steps:

1. Make sure you a logged out of the Student Dashboard. This will be very important a bit later!
2. Click here. This will take you to the password reset request page.
3. Enter your username. The username is always set to the email address entered upon purchase unless you contacted us to change it.
4. Check your email. You will receive an email with a password reset link. Sometimes this will land in your spam/junk folder!
5. Click on the link. If you are still logged into your Student Dashboard, then you will only be taken back to it. This is why you need to log out.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. Give it try too!
