How do I know if my refund was approved?

Once we have received your official score reports that you have sent to Prep Expert’s Support team, we will then begin the process of double-checking your student completed the course requirements according to the Terms of Service.

This can take up to 90 days to complete but typically is completed much quicker. We will then notify you via email from support@prepexpert.com of the results after the audit has been completed! Please note: the outcome email will be sent to the billing email address on file.

Sometimes your email settings may send us to spam, be sure to periodically check spam/junk just in case our email missed your primary inbox.
