Can I get a refund on leftover tutoring hours?

The short answer- no.

Let me tell you why!

We offer a variety of hour packages to best suite your individual needs. If you want to enroll in a package that offers more hours than you need at the moment, the good thing is that your hours will not expire!

Your unused/remaining hours can be used any time in the future on any subject. You can transfer your hours to another tutor as well!

While we understand that more hours = lower cost per hour, we are not able to refund any portion of your unused hours.
